Appointment of Sue Hess as Interim Warden

We are delighted to announce that Sue Hess will be our new Rector’s Warden, with effect from August 1, 2024. Sue will serve in an interim capacity for six months, to help with the transition from our interim rector Father David, to the new permanent rector (yet to be chosen). Sue has provided a short biography:

“I grew up outside New Hope and attended Trinity Episcopal Church in Solebury. I graduated from New Hope – Solebury High School and went on to Ursinus College where I graduated with a degree in chemistry. Over the years, I’ve been a product development chemist, owned a craft and hobby shop, obtained an associates degree in graphic design, then did inside sales for an industrial electronics company, came back to chemistry as a quoting engineer and technical specialist and finally retired from a technical support/service position on May 1, 2019. I joined Church of the Messiah in November of 2019. I’ve been a resident of Telford since 1985."
